Installation
Our affiliate, Charlie's Service Plumbing, will be happy to install your filtration system, refer you to a qualified plumber or provide directions for the plumber of your choice. Charlie's has served the Peninsula for over 40 years and installed hundreds of water treatment systems.
Service
YOUR Water Company will clean your filter system at 6-month intervals or as necessary.
Point-of-Use Systems:
- Clean heads and sumps with Clorox solution
- Clean spout and tubing (and Instant Hot if present)
- Change O-Rings
- Change filters and place in proper sequence
- Update service sticker
Point-of-Entry Systems:
- Change filters and O-rings in first two sumps (pre-filters only)
- Clean all heads and sumps with Clorox solution
- Change all filters and O-Rings, bleed air, test for leaks (annual)
Many customers prefer to have their replacement filters shipped to them and installed by their plumber. Instructions and cleaning procedures come with every shipment.
Guarantee
We unconditionally guarantee all of our products and the services we perform. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products to us within 30 days for a full refund of your purchase price. If we installed your system and it needs adjusting, we will do it free within the first 90 days.
